Home & Land Unlocked: Exclusive Home and Land Packages in Perth

Celebration Homes are giving you early access to exclusive home and land packages in Perth, before they’re released to the public. We’ve partnered with Parcel Property and Stockland to secure packages in estates from Baldivis to Yanchep. Availability is limited, and once a package is gone, it’s gone.

Packages are available in Parcel Property and Stockland estates all over Perth and throughout WA in suburbs such as Yanchep, Baldivis, Hilbert, Mundijong and more. Availability changes as lots are released, so let us know where you’d like to build and we’ll show you what’s currently available.

A house and land package is created when you purchase both your land and your home design in one complete package from us. Celebration Homes will help you find your ideal block in your chosen location in Perth or the South West, we’ll then pair that land with a home design that is suitable for the block and your lifestyle. The benefit is that you’ll have clear oversight of your full budget for both house and land together without overspending on one or the other.

The biggest difference between the two is transparency. With a home and land package, the land and home are bought together, so your new home consultant will organise everything for you and provide the total cost upfront. A lot of the research has been already done for you, the builder has already considered the block size, shape, location, estate guidelines etc and found the best home design to suit. Building on your own block means securing it independently first, and then choosing the home design and builder afterwards. You know the cost of the block, but that’s about it, there are a lot more unknowns because not every home design will fit on any given block. A home and land package removes this guessing game right from the start.
