What is the First Home Guarantee?

The First Home Guarantee is an initiative that helps Australians achieve home ownership sooner. From July 1st 2023, Australian citizens and permanent residents will be eligible for joint applications with friends, siblings and non-family members. Eligible applicants who build a new home can borrow up to 95% of the property’s value, without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI)*. This means you could get into your own home, with less savings – and it could save you thousands.

What is the Family Home Guarantee?

The Family Home Guarantee is an initiative that helps single parents supporting a family to build their own home. Eligible applicants are able to buy a home with a deposit of just 2% and the Government will guarantee the remaining 98%. Now that’s worth celebrating. But don’t sleep on this, there are only 5,000 places available each year – so enquire below!
