We chatted to Celebration Homes Selection Consultant, Jade, to get some insight into the Selections Consult which happens during pre-construction. Read on to learn all of Jade’s insider tips.
Considering the Standard Inclusions in your Home and Preparing for the Selections Consult

What is a Selections Consult?
During your Selections Consult you’ll discuss your interior design preferences and colour choices with your consultant as well as an in-depth look at your electrical plans with our electrical specialist. Jade said ‘It’s important to come prepared, the appointment is to finalise, not browse.’
You’ll be choosing external colours, cabinetry, bathroom products, tiles and more. You’ll meet with a carpet specialist; a tiling specialist and your selections consult will guide you through all your colour choices. It’s a big day but one of the most exciting parts of the building journey and it’s very fun!
