Choosing your Celebration Home

Home Purchase

This is where it all begins. This is when you’re checking out display homes and websites and floor plans, and you start talking to a builder or two. You also start dreaming about what that ideal home will look like, where you’ll put your furniture, who will sleep in which room, where your guests will sit at dinner parties, and so on.

During this phase you may start to notice how Celebration Homes is a little different from the other builders. One of those differences is how closely Celebration Homes Building Consultants work with you right from the start to really understand the reasons why you have decided to build a new home. This involves everything from gaining a strong understanding of what type of home you are looking to build, to what sort of lifestyle you are hoping to create, to any specific needs you may have for your new home and land package.

  • Home Designs and Inclusions
    Your Building Consultant will be happy to showcase any of our home designs to you and take you through our high standard of home inclusions that are included in our home prices. These include everything from kitchen appliances, to soft closing cupboards, to double bathroom vanity basins, to real china toilets.   • Home and Land Packages
    Helping you create a home and land package that matches your needs is important to us. We don’t want you to end up with something that’s beautiful but not functional. Instead, we want you to end up with something that’s beautifully functional. That’s why we use our knowledge and experience to design homes that are simple and practical. We understand it can be very hard to visualise how a plan on paper translates into a real home. Our homes have been designed to ensure that there’s always room for everything when you move in - like your TV, couch and coffee table in your family room for instance. 
  • Construction Timeframes
    We’re also thinking about efficiency throughout the design process to ensure the homes we sell can be delivered to you in the timeframes we promise. Celebration Homes have always been market leaders in construction timeframes – offering a 24-week home build from when a home’s slab is laid.* 

Resolve Finance
Designing your ideal home and land package is a fun part of the process but it can also be very time consuming. That’s why we will help you streamline the finance process which also needs to happen at this time. Our in-house finance team at Resolve Finance will look into all your financing options and shop around between the banks for you. The team are committed to helping you spend the right amount of time ensuring your home finances are structured to offer the best value for your needs. After all, getting your finances right could mean the difference between affording that double vanity or double shower upgrade that’s on your wish list. 

Exclusive Land
The final part of the Home Purchase phase involves the land that your dream home will need to go on. Celebration Homes is part of the ABN Group, Australia’s largest residential home building company, which provides us a competitive advantage with things like gaining exclusivity on prime lots of land in the most popular land estates. Our Building Consultants know how to choose the best value blocks that offer extra benefits to you such as the best future resale. We also help you choose the lots that offer the right solar orientation and compliance with design guidelines—that way you can have a home that’s cosy in winter, cool in summer and has a large alfresco to entertain your guests - all without compromising the overall design of your new home.

*24 week building timeframe refers to the time it will take to build a standard Celebration Home from when the slab is laid providing there are no unforseen circumstances including but not limited to labour shortages or staff strikes that prevent Celebration Homes from conducting normal operating hours on site, external third party supplier product shortages, or extreme weather conditions such as heavy seasonal rains, storms, or natural disaster.

Will my home be energy compliant and what does this mean?

All of our homes are assessed for Energy Compliance to comply with the BCA requirements.  This is at no additional cost to our clients.

How long will it take to build with Celebration Homes?

The average time from slab down to key handover is 24 weeks.

How do I choose the right block of land?

There are lots of factors to consider when choosing a block of land aside from simply its location.  Important things to consider are the solar orientation, whether the block is flat or sloping, street appeal, distance to amenities and the frontage.  This is something your Building Consultant can assist you with to ensure you get the perfect block for your design.
