Celebration Homes Star Club Freedom Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. The winning prize is a $5000 Freedom Gift Card to be used at any participating West Australian store.
2. To redeem the prize the winner must provide proof of identity.
3. The winner must abide by any conditions of purchase that may be set by Freedom.
4. Standard Freedom Gift Card terms & conditions apply and can be viewed at freedom.com.au/giftcard.
5. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers by Celebration Homes or Freedom.
6. The competition is open to WA residents only.
7. The competition closes 31st August 2010 and will be drawn the same day.
8. The prize must be redeemed by 30th September 2010. In the event the prize has not been redeemed by the due date then it will be forfeited.
9. The prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
10. Celebration Homes and Freedom may use the winner's name and details in the press, TV media or online for promotional purposes now and in the future without reference to the winner.
11. Entry into this promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12. The decision of Celebration Homes shall be final and shall not be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Celebration Homes reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions associated with this promotion, amend the rules or limit the number of entries by any one person, if considered necessary, without notice.
14. Completion of this entry form shall also provide Celebration Homes and Freedom consent for an indefinite period of time to communicate with the entrant via telephone, email, mail or SMS regardless of any listing on a Do Not Call Register.
15. The completed coupons and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of Celebration Homes Pty Ltd.
16. Employees, relatives and associates of the Celebration Homes Pty Ltd, Freedom and associated companies are not eligible to enter.
