Executive Assistant - Perth

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join one of WA’s most progressive home building companies.

Providing professional support to both the General Manager and Construction Manager the successful candidate will be a confident, experienced individual with exceptional communication, time management and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities will include:
-  Provision of efficient secretarial and administrative support services
-  Coordination and consolidation of business reporting
-  Management of the office environment and coordination of maintenance services
-  Coordination of functions, catering and related services
-  Supplementary support for the management team as required

Immaculate presentation, advanced Microsoft Office skills and a minimum of two years previous experience in a similar role are also essential to this position.
