Living areas designed to take advantage of rear views are the hallmark of the Prestige, by Celebration Homes.
A contemporary elevation featuring gables and a double-door entry sets the tone for the rest of the well-appointed home.
The display at Vasse makes perfect use of its location backing on to a lake to show prospective buyers how well it frames views, with all bedrooms to the front and living areas to the rear.
Celebration Homes South-West sales and marketing manager Jeff Hayres said the deluxe kitchen complete with stainless-steel appliances, large walk-in pantry and breakfast bar with Caesarstone benchtops was just one of many highlights.
“The stunning, contemporary elevation with a hint of a nautical theme places the Prestige right at home in the ‘down-south’ location of Vasse Newtown,” Mr Hayres said.“The entire living area has been designed specifically to optimise a rear view.
“The hotel-style ensuite with double basins, double-sized shower and separate toilet, as well as the enormous walk-in dressingroom, completes the parents’ zone of the dwelling.”
The Prestige has more than 204sqm of living space, with the big cinema room overlooking the gardens, and a spacious dining and family zone providing plenty of space to relax.
In the Vasse display, the family area opens to a cabana which has been added as an optional extra, while the meals area leads out to the alfresco area, which comes as a standard inclusion in the Prestige.
“Although the home is displayed with an alfresco area it can also be converted easily to a games room at no additional cost,” Mr Hayres said.
The main suite offers a relaxing retreat for parents, with sliding doors opening directly to the alfresco area, a big walk-in robe and the well-appointed ensuite.
The three secondary bedrooms and study are in their own wing and a linen closet and powder room are conveniently placed.
The Prestige is also on display in Perth.
