Celebration Homes has announced a new addition to its design catalogue.

The Oasis, a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, is ideally suited to both first-homebuyers and second-homebuyers looking to upgrade. It can be built on blocks as narrow as 14m.

The home has a contemporary elevation with a rendered facade and Colorbond roof. Entry is through an attractive foyer which leads to a generously sized study that could also be used as a bedroom.

The spacious main suite is also at the front of the house and includes a big walk-in robe and an ensuite with a separate toilet.

The three minor bedrooms, each with a built-in robe, are at the back of the home alongside the bathroom and laundry.

The galley-style kitchen is positioned centrally within the design, overlooking the open-plan family and dining areas.

The home also includes a theatre room and buyers can choose between a big paved alfresco area or games room.

Celebration Homes sales and marketing manager Anthony Staltari said the home had 193sqm of living space and a spacious feel, despite its suitability for narrow blocks.

“It also has a lot of storage space, which is one thing that features heavily in our designs,” he said.

“When you get narrower with the plan, sometimes storage is compromised but we’ve managed to maintain lots of storage with a massive walk-in robe, a walk-in pantry and a big walk-in linen cupboard.”

Although the Oasis is not on display, Mr Staltari said the company’s recently completed Empire display home in Wellard had a similar floor plan and was a good reference point for people interested in the design.
