Celebration Homes’ new display home has a modern Australian elevation that complements the rural location, which developer LWP Property Group has achieved within the Byford Glades estate.
The combination of red face-brick, cream render and a Colorbond roof, with a feature gable and finial, is warm and welcoming.
Inside the home, an impressive 259sqm of living space offers plenty of room for the family to spread out, with a practical layout that includes a home theatre, open-plan dining and living, separate children’s zone and the main suite at the back.
Celebration Homes sales and marketing manager Anthony Staltari said the home was an exciting addition to the company’s design catalogue.
“The Habitat features characteristics that are unlike many of our existing designs,” he said.
He said the main suite had his-and-hers robes and the ensuite had twin vanity basins and private access to a rear courtyard.
A wide entry has internal garage access. To the right is a discrete entry to the children’s zone, keeping it separate and tucked away. There are three generously-sized minor bedrooms, all with built-in robes.
They share the bathroom, which has a bath and a separate toilet and is next to the laundry.
The home theatre is big enough to pack in plenty of family and friends, and is also conveniently placed not to interfere with the main communal living area.
At the apex of the spacious L-shaped living and dining areas is the kitchen, which has CaesarStone benchtops, stainless-steel appliances and a big walk-in pantry — a popular feature.
The island bench provides a central gathering point between living, dining and the timber-decked alfresco area.
The secluded main suite is at the back of the home, and has a resort feel with its own private courtyard and gazebo.
