08/03/10 - Celebration Homes wins prestigious 'Project Builder of the Year' Award

Celebration Homes emerged as an industry leader in construction excellence at the recent Master Builders 2010 Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards on Saturday night, taking home the coveted ‘Project Builder of the Year’ award plus three other major awards.

Celebration Homes General Manager Simon Birkhead said, “Winning ‘Project Builder of the Year’ is the highest honour for any building company and is testament to the passion and commitment for superior construction excellence from our entire team of dedicated staff, subcontractors and suppliers.”

“This award, combined with our successes in other categories, sets a new benchmark for building excellence at Celebration Homes. A benchmark to which we will continually strive to meet and exceed for all homes that we construct now and in the future.”

The ‘Project Builder of the Year’ award recognises a Project Builder who constructs a minimum of 50 projects a year and who has achieved the highest construction excellence across all projects entered in the Master Builders 2010 Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards.

Celebration Homes was also a finalist and the overall winner for a second major award on the night in the ‘Display Home of the Year’ category for the ‘Verve’ display home on Byron Drive in South Yunderup.

This home was judged and voted by the Master Builders Association as the most outstanding display home, in all display home categories for this year’s awards, for its quality of construction and workmanship.

The’ Verve’ display home was also a finalist and the winner in the Display Homes $170,000 - $190,000 category.

The ‘Regency’ display home on Highland Rise in Piara Waters was also a finalist and the winner in the Display Homes $190,000 - $210,000 category.

The ‘Regal’ display home on Elliot Road in Wanneroo was a finalist in the Display Homes $190,000 - $210,000 category.
