Environmentally and socially responsible - When you want a ‘green builder’

We’re committed to the environment and our society for two reasons. First, we’re here for the long haul. Of course, any builder can say they’re eco-friendly and socially responsible. Our track-record proves it. We’ve employed a variety of eco-initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint.

GreenPower

All our offices and display homes use 25% GreenPower Accredited Renewable Energy. Green power (or eco power) is energy generated from renewable sources (sources that can’t be depleted, or which can be replaced), like solar and wind. Renewable energy is sustainable and produces no greenhouse gas. As a result it has minimal impact on the environment.  More about GreenPower...

Eco-friendly printing

Even our printing is sustainable! We use the services of Crystal Printing Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as Worldwide Online Printing Cannington) for all our printing requirements. They hold a Chain of Custody Certificate SCS-COC-001703, in accordance with the rules of Forest Stewardship Council AC (FSC). This certificate warrants that their paper products have been harvested from forests that meet stringent environmental, social and economic standards. Crystal Printing Solutions Pty Ltd also holds a level 2 Green Stamp certification, an environmental initiative of the Printing industries Association of Australia (WA).

Giving back to the community 

The Esther Foundation — Celebration Homes is a major sponsor of The Esther Foundation. Over the last two years, we’ve donated more than $140,000 to support the foundation’s vital efforts in improving the lives and long term futures of young WA women. 

Celebrate Life Committee — In addition to the above, we support many other worthy initiatives, with staff fundraising and staff participation in community events. Our Celebrate Life Committee is organised and run by staff members, and is committed to supporting a variety of community and not-for-profit organisations.
